Craig is the owner, president, and founder of Salt & Waves Marine. His standard is simple—do things the right way, be honest, and always act in the best interest of the owner and the vessel.

A Lifetime on the Water

Raised on Lake Lanier, Georgia, Craig grew up around boats and developed a deep respect for seamanship and vessel care early on. That passion led to a hands-on career on the water, including work on dive boats in West Palm Beach, competing as a professional wake skater, and earning his captain’s license through formal training.

He later moved to Fort Lauderdale, where he gained extensive real-world experience working with TowBoatUS and supporting U.S. Navy marine operations and sea trials—environments where precision, accountability, and performance matter most.

Craig is known for being straightforward, calm under pressure, and focused on doing what is right for both the owner and the yacht. He avoids shortcuts, unnecessary work, and overcomplications.
